• The hotel reserves the rights of admission.
• Check in time is 14:00 hrs and Check-out time is 11 :00 hrs. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests are required to present valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
• Kindly inform the front desk for any in-room visits between 09.00am and 09.00pm with a valid ID proof. Visitors are welcome in the lobby and designated public areas.
• Guests are advised to use the Electronic Lockers provided in the room to keep their cash, valuable and important documents. The hotel will not be held responsible for any valuables left by the Guest in the guest room or public areas, neither accept any liability for loss.
• Guests are requested to use all facilities and room amenities responsibly. Kindly follow the usage guidelines and timings for all hotel facilities including the pool and the fitness centre. Any damage to hotel property may result in a charge.
• The guest will take full responsibility for any loss or damage or injuries caused by the act of negligence or omission of their participants during their stay.
• To preserve a peaceful environment, we request guests to maintain a low noise level, especially during late hours.
• Pets are not allowed in the property.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the hotel premises.
• The use of illegal substances, hazardous materials, or any activity that may disturb other guests is strictly prohibited.
• Cooking is not permitted inside the room, and may attract penalty.
• Room keys to be submitted at the time of check-out.

Payment Terms

100% payment will be collected while making the booking.
